My name is Rasheed and I am a Sickle Cell Warrior. For those of you who don't know, that means I was born with Sickle Cell Anemia, a genetic blood disorder.

Between April 2019 and February 2022, I was being admitted into the hospital every 3-4 months on clockwork because of a Sickle Cell Crisis.

In February 2022, I started to be super proactive about taking my health into my own hands which included adding the Kangen K8 to my household.

Between doing that and other modifications to my diet & habits, I am happy to say I've only been admitted to the hospital because I got COVID-19 which triggered a Sickle Cell Crisis.
